Join us and put some Summer coolness in your life with bright,
fun fabric or scrapbooking wonders in the large banquet hall.
We are looking forward to cooling our jets and burning the midnight oil
at the Summer Quilt/Scrapbook Retreat and hope you are too! This is a
chance to meet new friends, renew friendships, relax, share ideas, and
most importantly: leave the cooking and housekeeping to the profession-
als! We can hardly wait to see all those beautiful, fun, challenging
projects you are lovingly working on.
We’ll provide the usual tools, mats, irons, boards. You need to bring
your own machine in good working condition with a new needle. Get
those bobbins filled and join us for too much fun!

Dietary needs: Alert us as to special dietary needs.
Insurance: Check with your own insurance agent for coverage of your personal items used at the Retreat. Cabin Fever Retreats, LLC is not responsible for theft or damage to Attendee property or personal injury during the time of this Retreat.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make exceptions for weather or personal emergencies. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Cabin Fever Retreats, LLC in writing within thirty-one (31) business days prior to the event. Cabin Fever Retreats, LLC will refund any fees to the extent that no ex-
penses have been incurred on behalf of the registrant and/or if that vacancy is filled by another registrant. If a refund is to be made, it will be returned within twenty-one (21) business days from the ending date of the event. A $15 administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund.
Contract: This contract is nontransferable and may not be reassigned without permission of Cabin Fever Retreats, LLC. Spaces will be filled on a first come-first served basis.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, your participation in this Retreat constitutes your agreement to indemnify the Retreat Organizers or volunteers from any claim for injury, loss or damage due to acts of God, theft, riot, public enemy, negligence, or any other reason. Cabin Fever Retreats, LLC, is not responsible for damage to your machine(s), iron(s), or tools.
